“Corners of Memory” is an original abstract painting from Christina Scherer’s collection I Used to Write Poetry, a series that transforms emotion into atmosphere and memory into movement. This piece reflects the quiet spaces of remembrance—the delicate places where light, color, and feeling meet like fragments of an old dream.

Created through a meditative ritual, each layer is infused with the tones of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and prayer. The water used in the paint was blessed and sung over, embedding vibration and intention into pigment. Through this process, the painting becomes a living, resonant artwork, holding presence and softness within its depth.
